1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Treino Certo IA mobile application ("App"), provided by DF Studios App, CNPJ68.325.365/0001-20 ("we", "our", or "Service Provider").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Treino Certo IA is an application for workout tracking and AI-assisted workout generation. The service may include, among other features:

• user registration and authentication;
• anamnesis and training preferences;
• AI-generated personalized workout plans (including Google Vertex AI / Gemini);
• creation and editing of custom routines;
• logging of sessions, sets, loads, and progress.

The App is available in Brazil and may be accessed in other regions. Features may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information in registration and anamnesis.

4. Health notice and disclaimer

App content, including AI-generated workouts, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace guidance from a physician, physical therapist, or qualified fitness professional.

Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or relevant symptoms.

You assume the inherent risks of physical activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DF Studios App is not liable for injuries, health issues, or losses arising from use of the App or performance of suggested workouts.

5. Artificial intelligence content

AI-generated plans, recommendations, and text may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or suggestions that are unsuitable for your situation. You should apply judgment and, when needed, validate content with a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee specific results regarding performance, weight loss, hypertrophy, or fitness outcomes.

6. User conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, systems, or other users' data;
• interfere with the App's operation, including via malware, abusive scraping, or improper reverse engineering;
• use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or unsafe purposes;
• deliberately submit false information that could lead to dangerous recommendations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The App, Treino Certo IA brand, logo, interface, text, catalogs, software, and other elements are owned by DF Studios App or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these Terms. You acquire no ownership rights in the service.

Workouts and logs you create remain associated with your account, without prejudice to the Provider's rights in the platform and models used.

8. Availability and service changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with all devices.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with or without prior notice, for technical, legal, or product improvement reasons.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DF Studios App and its collaborators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence where required.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time through the means available in the service and via our Account Deletion page.

We may terminate or suspend your access for Terms violations, security risk, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the App after material changes constitutes acceptance of the new version, unless the law requires specific consent.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer user's domicile shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules providing otherwise.

For users outside Brazil, mandatory local consumer protection laws also apply where applicable.
